What types of tickets are available?
One ticket option is available for $75.00, and it includes:
- 1 workshop (morning session)
- 1 boxed lunch and drink from Normandy Catering.
- Note: A "no lunch" ticket option is not available.
- 1
sketch walk (afternoon session)
Lunch
Where can I find information about lunch options?
Go to 2026 Summit

You'll be prompted to choose a lunch while buying your Summit ticket in Eventbrite.
Can I order more than one lunch?
No. Participants are limited to one lunch per Summit ticket.
Can I change my lunch choice after I buy my ticket?
You can change your lunch choice until Friday, July 31.

How can I get information about food allergens?
If you have questions about food allergens, contact us

will follow up with the caterer to confirm ingredient and/or food prep

Parking
What parking options available during the Summit?
Summit participants can park for free at the Cleveland
Institute of Art. More information TBA.
Hotel
Do you have any hotel recommendations?
The Courtyardby Marriott Cleveland University Circle is offering a special group
rate to Ohio Regional Urban Sketchers Summit participants. Located
about 0.4 mile from the Cleveland Institute of Art, the $179 per night plus
tax. Reserve your room by Friday, July 17 to receive this

Refunds
What is the Summit refund policy?
Refunds (minus Eventbrite’s fees) are available through Friday, July 31. No
refunds will be offered after this date in order to finalize supplies and programming. Please request your refund via email (ohiousksummit@gmail.com)
or "Contact the organizer" in Eventbrite.

Where can I find my workshop and/or my lunch choice?
View your selections in your Eventbrite account or contact us via email (ohiousksummit@gmail.com). The Eventbrite
platform does not allow us to generate tickets with that information.
