Normandy Catering will
provide boxed lunches at this year’s Summit, and three choices are available.
Descriptions are below:
- Classic Oven-Roasted Turkey Sandwich: Oven-roasted turkey, Swiss cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Served on deli Italian bread with mustard and mayonnaise. Seasonal fresh fruit and berries, dill pickle spear, chocolate chip cookie, gourmet chip bag, and drink.
- Classic Veggie Sandwich (Vegetarian): Herb cream cheese, cucumbers, red onion, peppers, tomatoes, and lettuce. Served on deli Italian bread. Seasonal fresh fruit and berries, dill pickle spear, brownie, gourmet chip bag, and drink.
- Vegetable
Salad* with Roll (Vegetarian): Mixed greens, red peppers, matchstick carrots,
cucumber, heirloom tomatoes, broccoli, and garbanzo beans. Balsamic
vinaigrette or buttermilk ranch dressing, fresh-baked roll and butter,
brownie,
and drink.
*Salad components, both dressing options, and brownie are gluten-free.
Assorted drinks will be available: Bottled
water, soft drinks, and unsweetened iced tea.
Ordering Lunch
- A lunch is automatically included with each registration. You will be required to select a lunch choice when buying your Summit ticket in Eventbrite.
