Normandy Catering will
provide boxed lunches at this year’s Summit, and three choices are available.
Descriptions are below:
- Classic Oven-Roasted Turkey Sandwich: Oven-roasted turkey, Swiss cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Served on deli Italian bread with mustard and mayonnaise. Seasonal fresh fruit and berries, dill pickle spear, chocolate chip cookie, gourmet chip bag, and drink.
- Classic Veggie Sandwich (Vegetarian): Herb cream cheese, cucumbers, red onion, peppers, tomatoes, and lettuce. Served on deli Italian bread. Seasonal fresh fruit and berries, dill pickle spear, fresh-baked cookie, gourmet chip bag, and drink.
- Vegetable Salad with Roll (Vegetarian): Mixed greens, red peppers, matchstick carrots, cucumber, heirloom tomatoes, broccoli, and garbanzo beans. Balsamic vinaigrette or buttermilk ranch dressing, fresh-baked roll and butter, brownie, and drink.
Assorted drinks will be available: Bottled
water, soft drinks, and unsweetened iced tea.
Ordering Lunch
- You'll be prompted to select a lunch choice when buying your Summit ticket in Eventbrite.
- Note: A "no lunch" ticket option is not available.
